Someone finds you on their phone at 9pm, needs a quote, and has about ten seconds of patience.

So the phone rings for the ones who make it obvious, and quietly doesn't for the rest.
Two things worth checking on your own site tonight:
1. Can someone ring you with one tap from the homepage on a phone? No digging through the contact page.
2. Do you say somewhere visible how fast you get back to people? Even "we reply within the hour" turns browsers into callers.
