What is The Biz Heroes?

A streamlined mobile studio for local web-designers to build, manage, and share professional business websites with ease.

Is the preview really free?

Yes. We build the whole website from the details you send us and you look at it before paying anything. No card, no deposit and no obligation — if you do not like it, you walk away.

How long does a preview take?

Most are ready within 24 hours, and often the same working day. When it is done we send you the link by email or WhatsApp so you can look at it on your phone.

What do you need from me?

Your trade, the town you work in, a phone number and a few photos. If you have reviews or prices you want shown, send those too. The form takes about two minutes.

Do you need my Google listing?

It helps but it is not essential. If you have one we can use your reviews and photos, which usually makes the site stronger. If not, we work from what you give us.

How much does it cost?

£350 once to design, build and hand over your website, then £25 a month for hosting and the web address. That is the whole cost — there are no setup fees or hidden extras.

When do I actually pay?

Only once you have seen the finished website and told us you are happy with it. Payment is by card through Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Hosting the website, keeping your web address working, and small text changes such as a new phone number or updated opening hours. Bigger jobs are quoted before we start.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. There is no minimum term. You can stop the monthly hosting at any time by emailing us, and the website comes offline at the end of the month you have already paid for.

Can I get my money back?

You see the website free before any payment, so you are never buying blind. Once it has gone live the build fee is not refundable, because the work has been done and handed over.

Can I change the design later?

Yes. Every website comes with all three designs and nine colour pairs, so you can swap the look whenever you like from your private portal.

Who writes the words?

We do, using what you tell us about your trade and your area. You can change any of it whenever you like — nothing is locked in.

Will it work properly on phones?

It is built for phones first, because that is where nearly all of your customers will look. It also works on tablets and desktops, and loads fast on a weak signal.

Can I use my own web address?

Yes. If you already own one we can point it at your new website. If you do not have one, we set it up for you and keep it working as part of the monthly fee.

How do I make changes?

You get a private portal on your phone: change your phone number, opening hours, photos, services and prices yourself. Prefer us to do it? Email and we will make the change for you.

Can I add more pages or extras later?

Yes. Extra service pages, an About page, a blog and add-ons such as online booking can be added at any time. We quote the job first so there are never any surprises.

What happens if I leave?

We hand over your written content, your photos and your web address settings so you can move elsewhere. The design itself stays ours, so it cannot be reused for another business.
